Throughout the duration of this comprehensive study, our team was able to achieve the goals, provided below, that have significantly contributed to our overall understanding of the subject matter. The exploration of Honolulu in this paper include data collected from the US Census, analysis of the findings, and our ideas for improvement. This study allowed for insightful discussions and collaborations among team members, unlocking a wealth of knowledge and paving the way for future developments and investigations in this field.

• Research and understand the current conditions in Honolulu (demographics, education, economy, special needs population, and housing characteristics).

• Identify target populations most affected by housing costs or the lack of affordable/low-income housing. 

• Create strategies that assist the target population(s) in finding better housing and find funding resources to help Honolulu and the state provide more low-income housing units.
